All you need to make Nellie and Joe’s Key Lime Pie

Nellie and Joes Key Lime Pie

Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe . This recipe comes off of the bottle of Nellie and Joes famous Key West Lime Juice.
Course Dessert


  • 9" graham cracker pie shell
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks (whites not used) Hoever, I luse egg beater egg subsitite (3 Tbs) when I make this recipe because they are pasteurized
  • 1/2 cup Nellie and Joes Key Lime Juice make sure you shake container first


  • Blend ingredients until smooth
  • Pour filling into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (I bake mine for a little longer)
    allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating
    just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream and garnish with a lime slice. (I use canned whipped cream)


This pie recipe is really easy to make and everyone raves about how wonderful it is.  I keep these ingredients  on hand incase I need a last minute dessert
