Bacon, Kale, and Swiss Cheese Quiche

Easy breakfast quiche. Many quiche recipes call for cream. I use milk when I make quiche and it still cooks up great with a little less fat.

  • 1 frozen pie crust
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1/2 pound bacon cooked and chopped I cook my bacon in the microwave
  • 8 oz Swiss Cheese grated


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • mix milk and eggs
  • add bacon, kale and Swiss Cheese and mix together
  • pour mixture in pie crust. I set the pie crust on a cookie sheet covered with foil. This helps with any spills in the oven
  • bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Test to make sure done by sticking in tooth pick that comes out clean. Let set for 10 minutes when you remove from oven and serve
