My family loves this recipe. I know its an Italian beef sandwich but they like it with Lillies Smoky Barbeque Sauce and sliced pickles. You can also use the au jus in the crockpot to dip the sandwich

All you need to make Nellie and Joe’s Key Lime Pie
Nellie and Joes Key Lime Pie
Easy Key Lime Pie Recipe . This recipe comes off of the bottle of Nellie and Joes famous Key West Lime Juice.
Ingredients
- 9" graham cracker pie shell
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks (whites not used) Hoever, I luse egg beater egg subsitite (3 Tbs) when I make this recipe because they are pasteurized
- 1/2 cup Nellie and Joes Key Lime Juice make sure you shake container first
Instructions
- Blend ingredients until smooth
- Pour filling into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (I bake mine for a little longer)allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigeratingjust before serving, top with freshly whipped cream and garnish with a lime slice. (I use canned whipped cream)

This pie recipe is really easy to make and everyone raves about how wonderful it is. I keep these ingredients on hand incase I need a last minute dessert

Bacon, Kale, and Swiss Cheese Quiche
Easy breakfast quiche. Many quiche recipes call for cream. I use milk when I make quiche and it still cooks up great with a little less fat.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen pie crust
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1/2 pound bacon cooked and chopped I cook my bacon in the microwave
- 8 oz Swiss Cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- mix milk and eggs
- add bacon, kale and Swiss Cheese and mix together
- pour mixture in pie crust. I set the pie crust on a cookie sheet covered with foil. This helps with any spills in the oven
- bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Test to make sure done by sticking in tooth pick that comes out clean. Let set for 10 minutes when you remove from oven and serve
