Easy make ahead breakfast casserole. Great for entertaining groups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup 2% milk use whatever milk you prefer
  • 6 eggs

Instructions
 

  • 4 pieces of bread torn up and placed in greased 9"x12" pan
  • Brown 1 pound of sausage, cool and drain off grease, place on top of bread pieces
  • Then, put 1 cup of grated cheese on top of bread and sausage
  • top with 6 eggs beaten and mixed with 1 can cream of mushroom soup and i cup of milk, beat mixture together and pour over cheese
  • Bake at 350 degrees for one hour
