Breakfast Casserole with Cream of Mushroom Soup
Easy make ahead breakfast casserole. Great for entertaining groups
Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 4 slices white bread
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup 2% milk use whatever milk you prefer
- 6 eggs
Instructions
- 4 pieces of bread torn up and placed in greased 9"x12" pan
- Brown 1 pound of sausage, cool and drain off grease, place on top of bread pieces
- Then, put 1 cup of grated cheese on top of bread and sausage
- top with 6 eggs beaten and mixed with 1 can cream of mushroom soup and i cup of milk, beat mixture together and pour over cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour
